Where do you deliver and what are the delivery times?
We deliver the products of the Opificio Fred line throughout Italy and Europe.
The courier delivers approximately within 2-4 working days from the date of confirmation of the availability of the items.
All orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Opificio Fred srl is not responsible for unforeseen delays in delivery beyond its control.
How much are the shipping costs and when are they calculated?
Shipping costs:
- in Italy they are free for orders placed in our online shop equal to or greater than €50.00
- in Europe they are free for orders placed in our online shop equal to or greater than €99.99
The cost of shipping is calculated during the payment phase, in the phase following the cart with the list of selected products. As you can see in the cart at the bottom we find the item "Subtotal" which indicates the total cost of the products and immediately below we find the item "Taxes included and shipping costs calculated at the time of payment" which indicates that the Subtotal must be added shipping cost, which for example in Italy is €4.50 (if the threshold of €50.00 is exceeded, shipping is free).
How do you manage shipments?
The items ordered online are packaged with care with the appropriate packaging in recycled material branded Opificio Fred and are entrusted to the courier for shipment.
Can I track the shipment?
You can check the progress of your shipment using the waybill number that will be indicated to you in the shipment confirmation email.

ORDER
How can I place an order?
To place an order you can browse our online shop in the shop section. Click on the product you want to access the relative product sheet and view all the technical information in detail.
Choose the format, enter the quantity and add the product to the cart. Proceed to checkout by filling in all the fields relating to the address and the chosen payment method. After sending the order you will receive a confirmation email with all the information on the status of your shipment.
Is it compulsory to leave the telephone number during the purchase?
Yes, it is mandatory, this is because it is necessary for the shipper in case he has to contact you for the shipment or in case there is any problem about it. It is therefore a very important fact, which will obviously be treated with extreme confidentiality according to the criteria of the Privacy Policy.
Can I know if my order was successful?
Yes, at the end of the purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing the identification data of your order.
How can I modify an order placed?
To modify an order placed, it is necessary to contact us by email or in live chat on the site, no later than 30 minutes from the conclusion of the order. The order number (#1...) and the modification to be made must be indicated. We reserve the right not to make the change if this is requested after the order has already been sent to the warehouse. If the difference in monetary terms is in favor of the customer, we will refund this amount. If instead it is in favor of Opificio Fred, we will give indications on how to proceed.

How can I create my Opificio Fred account?
Creating your own Opificio Fred account is very useful for managing your subscription to one or more products and also for having the situation of your orders under control.
Creating it is very simple. Just click on the little man icon at the top of the site where there is the menu and then click on Create Account at the bottom.
The Create Account page will open in which we will have to insert Name, Surname, Email and Password and finally click on Create. You will receive an email confirming the creation of your account and it will be possible to immediately check the status of your orders.
Where can I change the shipping address associated with my account?
You can change the shipping address for your orders by logging into your Opificio Fred account. To do this, just click on the little man on the top right of the site (both from a PC and smartphone) and enter the email (the one used during the purchase) and the password of your account.
At this point in "Account Details" click on the "View Addresses" button and we can modify/delete an address entered in the past, or we can add a new shipping address associated with our account. If you no longer remember your account password, just click on "Forgot your password?", enter your account email and immediately receive the email to be able to choose a new password.
At this point repeat the procedure to access the account and follow the instructions above. If the account has not yet been created, just click on "Create Account" and enter the required data and then click on "Create" and access then to our account and follow the instructions above..
Where can I find past orders?
You can find the orders placed in the past by accessing your Opificio Fred account. To do this, just click on the little man on the top right of the site (both from a PC and smartphone) and enter the email (the one used during the purchase) and the password of your account. We will find the details of all the orders made up to that moment.

What are the accepted payment methods?
On our Opificio Fred website you can pay with:

When am I charged for the order?
The total amount of the order will be charged to you after having carried out the necessary checks on the credit card details, proven the availability of the products and confirmed the order for shipment. The charge will be made in EURO.
If the payment is refused, do I have to proceed with a new order?
If you receive an e-mail from us informing you that your order has been cancelled, the reasons may be related to incorrect data entered or problems relating to the payment method. If the order has been cancelled, reset a new order online or contact our customer service info@opificiofred.com
